CarolineSMITH(nee O'NEILL) March 21st, 2015. 1963 - 2015. Passed away peacefully, aged 51 years, in Halton Haven Hospice surrounded by her loving family. Loving wife of Nick and devoted mother of Eleanor and Edward. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Bede's Church, Widnes on Tuesday, April 7th at 1.30 p.m., followed by Committal at Widnes Crematorium.
